Retain the proper stance. If you re uncertain about your golf stance, move your toes upwards and downwards while your feet remain motionless. Consider buying golf shoes that are a little bit bigger than necessary in order to account for swelling that often occurs after spending four or five hours walking outside during a round. If the shoes you buy are a tight fit, by the 18th hole, you will be extremely uncomfortable and your game will suffer.

Avoid using an unnatural stance. Practice concentrating on the ball without using a club. Flex your knees, keep the waist slightly bent, and naturally keep your arms dropped.
